These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and pka75 (hereinafter "pka75", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pka75.cam (hereinafter "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a promotional offer, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on pka75, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the law applicable to you, whichever is greater;
• You must be a human individual acting in your personal capacity, not a corporation, trust or other legal entity;
• You must not be resident in a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services of this type is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list associated with the Platform or its licensed operator;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of pka75 or its technology, software or services providers;
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current registration information and update it promptly if it changes.

pka75 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at any time if, in its reasonable assessment, eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met.

Account registration requires you to provide your legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. You confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Verification Requirements

pka75 is required to verify the identity and age of all users for AML compliance, fraud prevention and age-assurance purposes. The Platform may request any or all of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, typically no older than three months);
• A selfie photograph or liveness verification as directed by the in-platform verification portal;
• Payment method verification where required.

4.2 Document Security

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, external email, social media, or any other unsecured channel. Document alteration, obscuring of information, or falsification constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, report to relevant authorities where required, and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Verification Timelines

pka75 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within a reasonable processing period. During verification, certain account functions — such as withdrawal processing — may be temporarily restricted pending document review. We will notify you by email of the outcome of your verification.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• You may only use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes in compliance with applicable law;
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party;
• Any activity conducted under your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pka75 immediately;

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the account owner is different from the payment method owner — are not accepted and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.

Payment methods available on the Platform may include options familiar to Pakistani users — such as mobile wallet-style flows referencing Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfer methods referencing HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, Raast transfers, and cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT). These payment-provider names are referenced for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support, or hold affiliation with gambling activity on this Platform.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section. Illustrative examples cite a minimum of PKR 1,000 — always verify the current live figure in the cashier.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds must be fully met;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit source;

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no real-money login, deposit, wager or withdrawal activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pka75 may apply a dormancy administration charge as permitted under applicable law. Users will be notified prior to any dormancy charge being applied.

All promotional offers made available by pka75 are subject to individual offer terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all offers:

• Offers are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility may be restricted by jurisdiction, account verification status, deposit history, or other factors;
• Each offer specifies a wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable;
• Offers have fixed expiry periods. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited;

• Promotion abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, staking patterns designed to minimise risk and exploit offer terms, or use of multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account;
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, submitting forged or altered identity documents, using stolen payment methods or engaging in any form of financial fraud;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users in a manner designed to achieve a collective gaming advantage;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any form of automated software to interact with games, sports markets or any part of the Platform;
• Exploitation of technical errors: Continuing to place wagers or spins following identification of a software error, miscalculated odds, or technical malfunction. pka75 reserves the right to void all wagers placed in connection with a technical error;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for any money laundering, tax evasion or financially criminal purpose;
• Unlawful access: Attempting to access areas of the Platform without authorisation, interfere with server operations, or conduct any form of cyber attack;
• Proxy or VPN circumvention: Using proxy services, VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

pka75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold or reclaim associated funds where legally permissible.

pka75 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling tools accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly;
• Session-time reminders — alerts after specified durations of active play;
• Wagering limits — maximum stake restrictions per session or period;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for a chosen duration;
• Self-exclusion — removal from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from any part of the Platform;
• Use any pka75 trademark, logo, or branding without prior written consent;
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect data from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pka75, its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any service interruptions, technical errors, data loss or system failures beyond pka75's reasonable control;
• Any third-party content, external services or payment provider failures;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from prohibited conduct or using the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

pka75 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of information presented. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators where applicable to the game type.

Your use of the Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data, including registration details, identity verification documents, transaction records and usage data. All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmission is secured via HTTPS/SSL encryption. pka75 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting pka75 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by pka75

pka75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• pka75 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity on the account;
• You are found to be accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents are found to be invalid;
• Required by applicable law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.

In cases of termination for cause (e.g., fraud, KYC failure, prohibited conduct), pka75 may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where legally permissible, forfeit funds associated with the breach.

pka75 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

The current effective version of these Terms is always available at pka75.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective" date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka75 holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact pka75 support in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve your query within a reasonable timeframe;
2. Formal Complaint: If not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to pka75. We will acknowledge receipt and provide a reasoned response within a reasonable period;
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Unresolved disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism under the Platform's licensing framework;
4. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
